Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which TargetHit ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for subscription services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Digital Service Nature

TargetHit provides digital services, including access to trading signals, Auto-Trade features, performance analytics, and educational content. Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Immediate Access: Upon payment, you receive immediate access to premium features and signals
  • Non-Tangible Product: Our services cannot be returned like physical goods
  • Real-Time Delivery: Trading signals are delivered in real-time and cannot be recalled

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within 7 business days
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period in error
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a charge was made without your authorization (subject to investigation)
  • Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue the Service entirely before your subscription period ends

2.2 Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Subscribers)

First-time VIP subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase if they are unsatisfied with the Service, subject to the following conditions:

  • This is your first VIP subscription with TargetHit
  • You have not enabled or used the Auto-Trade feature
  • You submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase
  • You have not previously received a refund from TargetHit

2.3 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally NOT provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Simply deciding you no longer want the Service after the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period
  • Trading Losses: Losses incurred from trading based on our signals (signals do not guarantee profits)
  • Signal Dissatisfaction: Disagreement with signal accuracy or frequency
  • Used Services: If you have actively used the Auto-Trade feature or acted on multiple signals
  • Partial Use: Not using the Service does not automatically entitle you to a refund
  • Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by your exchange, internet connection, or other factors outside our control
  • Terms Violation: If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

3. Pro-Rata Refunds

3.1 Calculation

In cases where a pro-rata refund is approved (such as Service discontinuation), the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = (Days Remaining / Total Days) × Subscription Price

3.2 Example

If you paid $100 for a 30-day subscription and the Service is discontinued after 10 days:

  • Days Remaining: 20
  • Pro-Rata Refund: (20/30) × $100 = $66.67

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Submit a Request

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@targethit.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your account email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Transaction ID or payment confirmation (if available)
    • Reason for refund request
  3. Allow up to 3 business days for an initial response

4.2 Review Process

Upon receiving your request, we will:

  1. Verify your account and payment information
  2. Review your usage history and eligibility
  3. Respond with our decision within 5 business days
  4. If approved, process the refund according to the timeline below

5. Processing Timeframes

5.1 Refund Processing

  • Decision: We will notify you of our decision within 5 business days of receiving all required information
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Bank/Card Credit: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Promotional or Discounted Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased at a promotional rate or with a discount code
  • Lifetime or Special Offers: One-time lifetime access purchases or special promotional packages
  • Add-On Services: Any additional services or features purchased separately
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, payments made in cryptocurrency are generally non-refundable except in cases of Service discontinuation (refunds will be issued in USD equivalent at the time of the original transaction)

7. Subscription Cancellation

7.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically provide a refund.

7.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No charges will be made after the current period ends
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period
  • You can resubscribe at any time at the then-current rates

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us first:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended pending resolution
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Accounts associated with chargebacks may be permanently banned from future service

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
